Las nominaciones de los Emmy 2024 están aquí. Si parece que la 75ª edición de los Emmy es bastante reciente, es porque es así. Después de un retraso por las huelgas de Hollywood, la ceremonia de 2023 tuvo lugar el 15 de enero de este año. Pero para la edición 2024, los Emmy regresarán a su fecha habitual de septiembre.
Este año, Shōgun lidera las nominaciones con 25, seguido por The Bear con 23, Only Murders in the Building con 21 y True Detective: Night Country con 19. Otras nominaciones destacadas incluyen las 11 que recibió la controvertida Baby Reindeer, 11 para Fallout y seis de The Gilded Age.
Por su parte, Reservation Dogs y The Traitors finalmente lograron entrar en las categorías principales, mientras que Abbott Elementary, The Crown y Mr. & Mrs. Smith cumplieron con las expectativas y también aseguraron nominaciones. En su tercera temporada, Only Murders in the Building finalmente consiguió una nominación actoral para su estrella Selena Gomez.
Además, con sus 23 nominaciones, The Bear rompió el récord de mayor número de nominaciones para una serie de comedia, superando a 30 Rock, que había mantenido el récord por 15 años con 22. Y es que The Bear ya se había ganado la atención de los Emmy, obteniendo 10 victorias en 2023 que la convirtieron en la serie con la mayor cantidad de premios en su primera temporada. Esta vez, estrellas del elenco como Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce y Liza Colón-Zayas recibieron nominaciones de actuación.
La ceremonia de la 76ª edición de los Emmy se llevará a cabo el 15 de septiembre. Aún se desconoce su anfitrión.
